For first, you REALLY need an better english.. For second, if you see a hacker, you dirrectly >>ban<< him, no kick needed and screenshot because you can't ever get the point on what the respective player hacks. Also if you want proofs to show us, make a movie/record and with that we will see and understand the hack used.
Oh and in case of an spammer, just if he gets 3 mutes you will need to kick him. Also, if he gets 3 kicks, you can ban him ( not permanently).

I'm not pretty sure about you but if you see a spammer, you need to mute him, not dirrectly kick him..just 3 mutes = 1 kick, so..

So you just know me that I joined the FGC,now I'd have more informations to say about me:
I am an Administrator from an SA-MP server, I don't think I need to say it's name.I have level 3 in that server( ok I know there is another system, but just saying).I >really< have the experience what I need and I'm acting mature, not like others who spam and flood everytime.I'm an respectable person and if you wanna know me better, ask me everything.Let's start with the needed answers at the questions:
-Why do you want to become an admin?
I want to become one because I want to help this server and I want to make it better and more securised.
-What do you do if you see a hacker:
If I see a hacker, I will spectate him, and see if he really hacks, then the only thing I will do is the ban...that's how we do in SA-MP, because I don't think they don't know already that they aren't allowed to hack..
-What do you do if you see a spammer:
If I see a spammer I will say to him to stop if the spam is moderate and if it is really big I will mute.
In the case of and flood I will mute him if he repeats the same thing 3 times.
And in the case of an flamer I will mute him if he exaggerates.
I think I don't have to say that to the racists I will give a kick/ban, right?
-What do you do if you see someone is freeroaming:
If I see someone who is freeroaming, I will say "Please enter" and if he doesn't do that I will blow him. If he continues = kick.
One thing, if someone get 3 kicks = 1 ban ? xD

Okay, hellow, I'm TTAR and I just got in that server from 3-4 days ago.So, let's go to my rating:
-DD : 9/10
-DM : 9/10 ( but depends if I already know the map)
-RACE: 9/10 ( the same )
-How is your English?
My english is pretty good, I don't have problems with it.
