How can I install it?

It's really easy.
Go in your GTA San Andreas folder. Copy in the 4 files which you have downlaoded

Now it must look like this.

It's done now.
Start your MTA Client now. If you see the yellow sentence on the top of your screen, you did all right.

How can I use it InGame?

It's really easy to use. Press ALT + F2.
Now you must see this menu.

You can turn on / off the functions by pressing the key-combination standing before the function
name.
